Pay rate/Shift:
$21.45 per hour
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime Sat/Sun if needed.

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:
– Supporting manufacturing operations in production, packaging, and product labeling.
– Setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines for product production.
– Following process sheets or instructions from supervisors to execute production tasks efficiently.
– Inspecting operations against predetermined tolerances to ensure quality.
– Maintaining and improving quality systems to meet daily objectives.
– Managing material and supply needs for production support.
– Ensuring compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards in the packaging area.
– Participating in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to the packaging process.
– Completing and verifying all process orders and associated documentation accurately.
– Preparing work centers for line clearance and conducting regular cleaning.
– Training other team members as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School Diploma or equivalency (minimum qualification).
– Bring at least 1 year of related experience in production or manufacturing assembly within a regulated industry (preferred qualification).
– Are able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
– Possess flexibility in your work schedule as needed.
– Understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
– Have basic mathematical calculation skills and competency in standard software packages.
– Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
– Are knowledgeable about appropriate safety procedures and have a detail-oriented mindset.
