Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.00-$18.00/hour
Shift:
3-2-2 Schedule – Days or Nights
Days: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
Nights: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
What’s a typical day as a Production Worker? You’ll be:
- Preparing products for shipment according to product guidelines and customer requirements, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking
- Working in a safe and efficient manner using required personal protective equipment and following all safety guidelines
- Reading and understanding product-related documents, quality alerts, safety alerts, standard work documents, customer option sheets, and quality objectives
- Cleaning, trimming, and assembling components using hand tools, ensuring proper fit, form, and function
- Maintaining a continuous cycle of production and packaging to keep workstations clear and efficient
- Ensuring the highest quality of finished products for customer satisfaction
- Training new and current employees and assisting other departments as needed
- Actively participating in Continuous Improvement, 5S, and STW activities
- Performing other duties as assigned
