Join Our Team as a Laboratory Technician!
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123
Schedule: Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay: $20.40/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity for permanent placement!)
No prior lab experience required!
About the Role
Step into an essential role supporting our cutting-edge laboratory team! As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll ensure seamless lab operations by preparing materials, organizing glassware, and assisting with sterile processing for scientific breakthroughs. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare vital test solutions (media) following precise SOPs
- Stock and organize essential glassware and media for Lab Analysts working in sterile cleanrooms and incubators
- Sterilize and maintain all lab glassware to the highest standards
- Support lab operations by ordering supplies, delivering materials, and taking on additional tasks as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Background: Must pass background check and drug test
- Experience: Previous work on assembly lines, in production manufacturing, or fast food is valued (shift lead experience is a plus!)
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and teamwork
- Character: Honest, reliable, and energetic—you don’t mind staying on your feet and jumping in where needed!
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand/walk up to 80% of the workday; desk duties about 20%
