Job Title: General Laborer

Position Summary:
Kelly is seeking a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to assist with day-to-day material preparation and facility upkeep activities. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-conscious, and hands-on in supporting production and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fold and construct cardboard boxes, double-lining with plastic bags each morning for material processing departments
  

• Perform various housekeeping activities, including sweeping, picking up trash/pallet debris, disposing of waste, and cleaning vehicles
  

• Paint handrails, stairs, and bollards as needed to enhance site appearance
  

• Operate a pressure washer to clean buildings, vehicles, and concrete areas onsite
  

• Assist with unloading office supplies, setting up tables/chairs for meetings and plant events, and other similar tasks as needed
  

• Wear required PPE (long sleeves, long pants, hard hat, safety glasses, and appropriate gloves) while performing all duties
  

• Operate a forklift (training will be provided if no prior experience)
  

• Participate in orientation and on-the-job training conducted by the Health and Safety organization
  

• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
  

• Experience in construction, facility maintenance, warehousing, or a related field preferred but not required
  

• Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments with physical activity
  

• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  

• Prior forklift experience is beneficial
