Assembly Specialist / Production Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
35-40 hours per week
Location: East Syracuse, NY
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Assembly Specialists / Production Associates to support production operations. This role requires the ability to follow detailed instructions, work under close supervision, and adapt quickly to feedback in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Stand at the end of the production line to collect finished plastic products

Stack and organize products onto pallets

Perform light to moderate manual labor

Follow production procedures and safety requirements precisely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production issues
Qualifications

Ability to accept feedback and apply it immediately to job performance

Comfortable working under close supervision and detailed oversight

Willingness to follow step-by-step instructions consistently

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Reliable attendance and punctuality
