We are looking for a Bilingual (SPA/ENG) Customer Service Specialist to support our Latin American market (Mexico, Central, and South America) and ensure our customers receive world-class service.

Location: 100% on-site in Largo, FL 33773
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 8 am – 5 pm
Pay rate: 21$ – 27$ per hour
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)
The Role:
As the primary point of contact for our international customers, you will:

Manage the Full Order Lifecycle: Input orders, coordinate shipments, and handle billing with accuracy.

Support the LATAM Market: Utilize your bilingual skills to assist customers across Latin America.

Problem Solve: Investigate complaints, process warranties, and work with our Quality & Operations teams to find solutions.

Optimize Logistics: Coordinate inventory transfers and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Languages: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish), both written and verbal.required

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows; SAP experience highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and professional writing skills.

Core Abilities: Strong math skills, document interpretation (manuals/SOPs), and effective workload prioritization.

Traits: Reliable work ethic with a commitment to attendance and punctuality.
