What’s a typical day as Talent Acquisition Specialist, O&I? You’ll be:

  • Providing expert configuration, integration, and customization of HR platforms, with a focus on Phenom CRM and related technologies.

  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions, mapping HR processes, and creating actionable user stories for system functionality.

  • Developing test cases, conducting end-to-end system testing, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring successful user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Managing projects across departments, coordinating timelines, and maintaining clear communication on progress and deliverables.

  • Documenting requirements, building test plans, and partnering with stakeholders and end-users to achieve recruitment excellence.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (required).

  • Bring at least 2 years of experience supporting HR systems, preferably within recruiting functions.

  • Have direct experience with configuration, integration, and customization of HR platforms, with a focus on Phenom CRM and related technologies. (required).

  • Excel at analyzing data and solving problems with a strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and presentations.

  • Thrive in both independent and team-based environments, adapting to changing needs with a proactive attitude.
