Job Title: General Laborer (Second Shift)
Location: Dayton/Vandalia, OH
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $21.50 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position involves a variety of labor-intensive tasks, including housekeeping, operating equipment, and forklift usage. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, including housekeeping duties and equipment operation.
  

• Operate forklifts and other machinery as required.
  

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  

• Follow instructions for various assigned tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  

• Adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
  

• Basic math skills and the ability to perform counting and simple calculations.
  

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
  

• Capability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions, including short correspondence and memos.
  

• Must successfully complete powered industrial truck training and pass the associated certification test.
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Familiarity with safety guidelines and compliance standards.
  

• Basic computer skills to utilize company equipment and systems as needed.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Steel-toed shoes are required for this position.
