Kelly® Science & Clinical have the opportunity for those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking Specialist Quality Control to work at a premier biotechnology organization in Juncos, PR.
Salary: $38 per hour
Shift: Administrative 8hrs shift | – with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours coverage
Work Type: Project Contract
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:
- Doctorate or a Master’s degree with 2 years of directly related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of directly related experience (Science or Engineering)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, quality control, laboratory testing, project management, method validation, method transfer, and quality processes
- Excellent evaluating compliance issues, interacting with regulatory agencies, project management, sample management, communication skills, and prioritizing critical tasks
- Knowledge in computer system and method validation, quality process management, equipment preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with GMPs/CFRs, quality analytical labs, validation, manufacturing, quality assurance, and process development
- Proficient in scientific data analysis and strong technical writing skills in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
What’s a typical day as Specialist Quality Control? You’ll be:
- Functioning as a technical specialist for testing and development in molecular biology and microbiology
- Providing technical guidance, generating reports, analyzing data, and facilitating communication between technical groups
- Ensuring lab compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety procedures
- Managing, developing, and implementing new programs, processes, and methodologies
- Developing, revising, and auditing complex controlled documents with multi-organizational or multi-site impact
- Approving lab investigations and leading audit teams
- Interacting with regulatory agencies regarding areas of responsibility, including written responses
