About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to support a dynamic injection molding operation in Alpharetta, GA. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in plastics processing and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities

Execute molding programs supporting R&I, PR&ET, and commercial production needs

Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary process equipment
-
Monitor molding processes and make minor adjustments as needed
-
Maintain accurate process documentation and submit samples for testing
-
Coordinate product shipments and ensure timely delivery

Clean and maintain molding equipment according to SOPs
-
Follow all safety procedures and participate in audits, meetings, and training
-
Collaborate closely with supervisors to support efficient operations

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Associate’s Degree or technical certification preferred
-
2–5+ years of experience in plastics processing and maintenance
-
OR 2+ years of experience with a related degree/certification
-

Experience with injection molding equipment is a plus
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs regularly
-
Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator
-
Ability to operate a forklift
Additional Details
-
Overtime (40+ hours/week) and occasional alternate shifts may be required
-
Occasional overnight travel may be required
-
No relocation assistance provided
