Overview:
- Work location: Maple Plain, MN
- Onsite role, 4 to 5 days per week
- Core business hours
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week
- $21.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office packages
- Order and restock office supplies as needed
- Keep the breakroom stocked, tidy, and inviting
- Coordinate food and beverage orders for meetings
- Greet and receive visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Keep shared cubicles organized for visiting team members
- Work with outside vendors on minor office maintenance needs
- Maintain conference rooms so they are ready for meetings
- Provide general support to staff to help the office run smoothly
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Previous office assistant or administrative experience
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office equipment
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
