Job details

We are looking for a reliable and organized part-time Office Assistant to help keep the office running smoothly. This is a temporary, part time role averaging 10 to 20 hours per week and is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and being a friendly point of contact in the office.
 
Overview:

  • Work location: Maple Plain, MN

  • Onsite role, 4 to 5 days per week

  • Core business hours

  • Approximately 10-20 hours per week

  • $21.00/hour

 
What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office packages

  • Order and restock office supplies as needed

  • Keep the breakroom stocked, tidy, and inviting

  • Coordinate food and beverage orders for meetings

  • Greet and receive visitors in a professional, friendly manner

  • Keep shared cubicles organized for visiting team members

  • Work with outside vendors on minor office maintenance needs

  • Maintain conference rooms so they are ready for meetings

  • Provide general support to staff to help the office run smoothly

 
Qualifications

  • High school diploma required

  • Previous office assistant or administrative experience

  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office equipment

  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds
