Procurement & Operations Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Execution

  • Conduct daily transaction processing, including requisitions, purchase orders, credits, and exception handling

  • Review and correct badge scan issues and supplier support errors

  • Resolve worker profile and supplier QS (Quality Survey) and LA (Labor Allocation) errors

  • Manage CATS errors, QS/LA rejections, and missing PMOs (Plant Maintenance Orders) or third-party uploads

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve processing issues and system errors

  • Escalate approvals, missing PMOs, PO updates, and data discrepancies as required

  • Support efficient work processes by identifying bottlenecks and recurring issues

  • Submit and track IT / OT support tickets through resolution

Supplier & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a primary support contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Provide supplier training, retraining, and ongoing guidance to suppliers for invoicing

  • Support supplier transitions and compliance requirements

  • Maintain effective end user communications with suppliers

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to established workflows, policies, and controls for processing invoices

  • Support requisitioning standards and procurement compliance for Purchase Order creation and management

  • Partner with Center of Excellence (SMEs) and regional teams to align best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management & invoicing for operations support, procurement, supply chain, or shared services environments

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with enterprise systems (SAP, AES, Dashboards)

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding or managed service programs

  • Knowledge of procurement, requisitioning, or PO lifecycle processes

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement or operational excellence concepts

Additional Information

  • This is an onsite office role with Monday–Friday hours.
