Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Rotating Weekends

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator – Filler Operator to join the production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling equipment to ensure efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned filling equipment, including pre-start checks, startup, operation, shutdown, and cleaning
  

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and safe production
  

• Continuously monitor production lines to identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or container issues
  

• Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and operational efficiency
  

• Perform quality control checks, including verifying proper sealing, labeling, and container integrity
  

• Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas in compliance with FDA and company guidelines
  

• Accurately document production data, including batch numbers, fill levels, temperatures, and quality inspection results
  

• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
  

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience highly preferred
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
