Kelly® is looking for a Retention Specialist to work at a premier manufacturing client in Sebastopol, MS. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hr.

Shift: 2nd Shift 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm

What’s a typical day as Retention Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Providing information to employees on counseling, benefits, and available services and programs.

  • Hosting team member townhall meetings and participating in recruitment and orientation processes.

  • Organizing company engagement events and performing daily plant walkthroughs.

  • Communicating HR policies, collecting and analyzing employee data to reduce turnover and increase morale.

  • Assisting in the organization and updating of employee files via Document Manager.

  • Creating and conducting employee training sessions.

  • Representing the company at job fairs and college campuses.

  • Overseeing employee orientation and new hire onboarding.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have proven work experience as a Retention Specialist or a similar HR-related role.

  • Are detail-oriented and skilled in collecting and analyzing employee data.

  • Are comfortable communicating HR policies and conducting exit interviews.

  • Enjoy organizing events and training sessions to foster workplace engagement.

  • Are motivated to support recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Are available to work the 2nd shift.
