What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:
- Handling and maintaining the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines
- Providing information for recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies
- Operating motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment as needed
- Following clearly defined procedures and guidelines to aid in decision making
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess basic knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Preferably have shipping/receiving experience (not required)
- Are able to perform routine manual tasks and follow established solutions
