Job Title: Press Brake / Machine Operator –

1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
Pay: $19/hr
Location: FT Worth 76137

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our Accessory Cells team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will safely operate various sheet metal working machines, including shear, punch press, auto-brake, and Accur-Press, to cut, bend, and form metal parts to precise specifications. Attention to detail, quality control, and mechanical aptitude are key to success in this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Shear (Machine Operator)

• Set up, program, and operate shear machine to cut flat stock sheet metal to size for forming
  

• Perform and log regular quality checks to ensure product accuracy
  

• Fluency with tape measure to 1/16” scale required
  

• Use tape measure, basic hand tools, and gauges

Punch Press (Machine Operator)

• Set up and operate punch press to punch sheet metal components
  

• Perform and log routine quality checks to ensure part specifications
  

• Fluency with tape measure to 1/16” scale required
  

• Use tape measure, basic hand tools, and gauges

Auto-Brake (Machine Operator)

• Set up, program, and operate auto-brake to bend and form sheet metal into trim and components
  

• Conduct and record quality checks for all work performed
  

• Fluency with tape measure to 1/16” scale required
  

• Use tape measure, basic hand tools, and gauges

Accur-Press (Machine Operator)

• Set up, program, and operate Accur-Press to form metal parts and trim
  

• Perform and document quality checks per production standards
  

• Fluency with tape measure to 1/16” scale required
  

• Use tape measure, basic hand tools, and gauges

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience operating metal working machinery strongly preferred
  

• Proficient in using a tape measure with accuracy to 1/16”
  

• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring gauges
  

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  

• Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn machine programming and operation
  

• Reliable and punctual attendance for 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
