Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
$25/hour
What’s a typical day as a Remote Support Analyst? You’ll be:
• Responding to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution, while reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
• Analyzing customer service needs and referring to other departments for follow-up as needed.
• Assisting clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depositions as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required), with 2-3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Possess strong customer service skills and are highly skilled in Microsoft Teams.
• Have litigation or legal industry experience, which is a plus, along with tech experience that can enhance your performance.
