At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work at a premier legal services firm, in Woodland Hills, CA. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Pay Rate:  $21/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Customer Service Assistant:
• Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain necessary records.
• Following up with clients on required actions such as fee approvals and authorizations.
• Managing incoming invoices and correspondence, as well as handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts.
• Make expediting calls for urgent requests, client follow-ups, and problem records Monitor and respond to CSR emails and voicemails

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for customer service; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
• Are adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
