We’re seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes—including live?tool platforms—to support high?precision manufacturing. In this role, you will create G/M code and CAM?generated programs, partner with machinists during setups and prove?outs, ensure compliance with GD&T and revision control, and drive continuous improvement.

Success in this role requires strong print reading, G/M?code editing, CAM fundamentals, tooling knowledge, and the ability to support both milling and turning operations. Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, Okuma, or Mazak machines is highly valued as well as experience with thermoplastics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience (mills and lathes).

  • Strong blueprint and GD&T proficiency.

  • Experience programming Haas, Mori Seiki, Okuma, or Mazak strongly preferred.

  • Ability to hold tight tolerances (±0.001′ and below).

  • CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion, Esprit, or similar).

  • Demonstrated understanding of tool geometry, cutter selection, and machining strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience programming engineering plastics or high?performance materials.

  • Proficiency with probing cycles (Renishaw, Fanuc macros).

  • Prior involvement with competency?based skills systems or CI frameworks.

  • NIMS credentials or equivalent.

Benefits in joining us
We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 8% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position is $78,600 to $101,000. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance, and are not a guarantee.
