Warehouse Supervisor – Rochester, NY
Pay: $68,000–$72,000/year + bonus
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday | 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all inbound product receiving functions within a high-volume distribution center. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, supervising receiving operations, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of warehouse associates.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct and coordinate daily activities of receiving coordinators and warehouse associates

  • Ensure accuracy of inbound product, data entry into Warehouse Management System (WMS) and JD Edwards (JDE 9.1)

  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including DQMP inbound check-in guidelines

  • Enforce food safety, quality, and operational standards

  • Plan, assign, and monitor workloads to meet productivity and labor targets

  • Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline team members in accordance with company policy

  • Schedule and manage backhaul appointments, including MercuryGate and JD Edwards entries

  • Monitor railcar releases, demurrage risk, and inbound load reporting

  • Generate daily receiving schedules and ensure dock door assignments are executed properly

  • Utilize WMS reporting to manage code dates, inventory rotation, slotting, and adjustments

  • Promote workplace safety and ensure equipment is maintained and operational

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3–5 years of warehouse leadership or Engineered Labor Management experience

  • Experience with WMS systems and JD Edwards

  • Knowledge of engineered labor standards and voice selection systems (Lucas preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience with inventory control, process management, and safety compliance

  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance
