WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – DIRECT HIRE
Location:
 Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$28+ per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Full Benefits Package


Position Summary

KELLY has partnered with a premiere client in Virginia Beach, VA seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team!

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role will lead warehouse personnel, enforces company procedures, and ensures performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

  • Ensure accurate inventory control and compliance with company procedures

  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)

  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations; report and investigate incidents or discrepancies

  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries

  • Prepare and review reports related to productivity, inventory levels, and KPI performance

  • Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals

  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO/IATF, and environmental standards

  • Utilize MS Office, SAP, and data collection systems

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Must be able to operate a forklift and train new operators 

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

  • Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling materials up to 50 pounds
