Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, planning, and analyzing our financial and accounting procedures. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in accounting while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions related to general accounting and project accounting.
- Prepare and record accounting transactions and manage month-end journal entries.
- Assist with account reconciliation and support internal and external audits.
- Develop, plan, and evaluate accounting policies and procedures.
- Conduct analyses and provide insights based on data to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
