? Position Details

  • Job Title: Ops Trainee


  • Location: Savannah, GS (Onsite)


  • Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM


  • Pay Rate: $19.29/hour


  • Employment Type: Contract (48 months)


? What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level role where you’ll be trained in aircraft manufacturing processes while working in a team environment under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fitting, drilling, and riveting aircraft parts using mechanic hand tools under direct supervision.

  • Ensure work and parts meet instructions from supervisors and Quality Control Inspectors.

  • Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand and sequence tasks.

  • Align and assemble parts using fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners for riveting.

  • Observe, assist, and gradually work more independently as skill and experience increase.

? What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Entry-level (no prior aviation experience required)


  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work


  • Ability to read basic documents, instructions, and perform shop math


  • Basic computer skills


  • Good communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English)


  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a production environment


  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
