Job Title: Assembly Worker – 3rd Shift 
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Schedule: 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM – Monday to Friday
Pay: $20.61/hour + Shift Differential


About the Role

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 3rd Shift Assembly Worker. You’ll play a vital role in building quality products according to precise specifications, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assembly machines and hand/power tools efficiently and safely.

  • Assemble components according to written instructions, blueprints, or schematics.

  • Conduct in-process quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety.

  • Identify and report safety, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.

Who You Are

  • 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working overnight/3rd shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with assembly processes, hand tools, and safety protocols.

  • Basic proficiency with computers or industry-specific software is an advantage.
