Exciting Opportunity: SMT Support
Are you looking for a hands-on role in electronics manufacturing with growth potential and a dynamic team environment? We are seeking an eager and passionate SMT Support Technicians on multiple shifts to oversee and maintain the operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. Join our team where attention to detail and commitment to quality are celebrated!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure kits are prepared with accurate quantities and ready for production, matching manufacturing orders.

  • Inspect kits and materials for correct part numbers, quantities, and overall condition.

  • Handle split reels and packaging, issuing correct quantities for manufacturing production.

  • Conduct quality checks on all materials to ensure they are free from damage.

  • Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment including screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, placement machines, stencil cleaners, and conveyors.

  • Maintain ISO 9001 documentation relevant to the production area.

  • Splice reels as needed for continuous operation.

  • Keep the work area and surrounding space organized and clean.

  • Collaborate with fellow employees and contribute to other tasks as required to support production operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective communicator and team player capable of working with all levels of personnel in a diverse environment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Basic computer competency; experience with Shop Floor Systems a plus.

  • Previous ISO 9001 experience is desirable.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

  • Must meet the definition of a US Person as specified in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, those granted asylum or amnesty), as work will include ITAR controlled technical data.
