Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support our high-volume production environment in Anaheim. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, proper pallet placement, and coordinating product flow throughout the production process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and check off completed boxes to ensure order accuracy

  • Inspect pallet builds to confirm items are placed correctly

  • Identify and correct errors such as misplaced boxes or incomplete orders

  • Coordinate the movement of pallets in and out of production areas

  • Communicate with production and warehouse teams to maintain workflow efficiency

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Previous warehouse or quality assurance experience preferred

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
