$19.00/hr (DOE | Potential for increases over time)
Part-Time to Full-Time | 30–40 hours/week
Seasonal with Long-Term Potential (Spring–Fall Busy Season)
About the Role
We are hiring a Driver Helper / Construction Laborer to support a well-established company specializing in commercial window and door installation in Springfield, OR.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation and removal of commercial windows and doors
- Support job site setup and cleanup
- Lift, move, and position materials (team lifting for heavier items)
- Travel to job sites (some days meet at warehouse, other days go directly to site)
- Work closely with an experienced installer to learn the trade
What We’re Looking For
- Background in construction, labor, or hands-on work preferred
- Experience with windows, doors, or installation is a plus
- Reliable transportation required (job site locations vary)
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical work
- Dependable, self-motivated, and interested in long-term work
- Comfortable working outdoors and starting early during summer months
