Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (6–7 Months)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $29.00 – $34.00/hour (flexibility based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, temporary assignment (6–7 months) with an immediate start, partnering closely with HR leadership and serving as a key resource for employees and managers.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable operating as a front-line point of contact within the organization.

Schedule Details:

  • Monday–Friday, full-time hours

  • Two days per week: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required)

  • Remaining days follow standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily HR support across multiple functions including onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and performance management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, addressing questions and resolving workplace issues

  • Partner with HR leadership to support initiatives and ongoing HR strategies

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and follow-up

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and events

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Support reporting efforts by compiling and analyzing HR data

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • 3–5+ years of HR generalist experience

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
