Maintenance Documentation Assistant
S. Burlington, Vermont
Mon – Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay starts at $24/hr +/- DOE
Benefits + Paid Time Off
The Maintenance Documentation Assistant will be responsible for:
- Digitizing all necessary documentation and storing in electronic systems.
- Preparing documentation for aircraft engine repair events.
- Breaking down the completed engine work packages for supervisor approvals.
- Review and update paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to filing.
- Create CS orders.
- Embrace and execute all other duties, as required, or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff. Training will be provided.
- Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Criminal background check and compliance with FAA drug and alcohol screening are mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding time management abilities.
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as required in support of business.
