Job Title: Logistics Analyst
Location: Thibodaux, LA (Onsite)
Assignment Length: 17 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
Shift Information: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Environment: Fully onsite; metatarsal safety shoes required; data-driven office environment (not a warehouse shipping/receiving role)

This position is perfect for candidates with proven planning, data analysis, and communication skills who enjoy coordinating supply chain activities and supporting logistics managers.
Position Overview:
As a Logistics Analyst, you will execute supply chain planning activities within a defined framework, providing support and data-driven insight to warehouse and logistics managers. You’ll track shipments, prepare documents, analyze operational data, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute supply chain planning and track shipping activities in a data-driven office setting
- Prepare shipping documents and work with internal partners to coordinate machine shipments
- Support shipping, hazardous materials, and inbound/outbound logistics coordination
- Collate and analyze logistics data using preset tools, methods, and formats
- Respond to routine functional inquiries and resolve complex queries from internal/external contacts
- Carry out supplier management activities as needed
- Contribute to operational reviews and assist in generating continuous improvement ideas
- Develop knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and procedures; ensure adherence and seek supervisor authorization for exceptions
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support for complex Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems
- Advise colleagues and support process improvements within the workflow
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years or more experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field (no new graduates)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables)
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Experience with policy/regulation compliance and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
