Kelly services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a Administrative Assistant. Please apply with your 2026 resume if you are interested. 

  • Pay: $23 per hour 

  • Shift: 7:30 – 3:30pm 

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments and staff. Manage multi-departmental projects and act as group leader to assign daily tasks.

  • General Administration: Schedule customer shipments, obtain quotes from freight companies and suppliers, and handle phone/email communications.

  • Documentation & Data Management: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain databases and filing systems.

  • Operational Support: Schedule service vendors; track customer and vendor relationships; process invoices and manage expense reports.

  • Project & Event Management: Assist with special projects, organize company events, and prepare agendas.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, with demonstrated experience working across multiple teams and departments (e.g., sales, finance, production, purchasing).

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling internal and external inquiries.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple and competing priorities.
