We’re seeking Inspection Technicians to work at a premier manufacturing client in West Chester, OH. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Best candidates have done Inspection in pharmaceutical manufacturing or have like experience! 

Compensation: $23 – $26 per hour

Shift: 12 hour shift, 4/3 or 2/2/3 schedule, day or night shift.

Days 6am – 6:30pm & Nights 6pm – 6:30am

 

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Technician II? You’ll be:

  • Performing manual visual inspection of vials or syringes in a controlled environment to ensure product safety and quality

  • Sitting in an inspection booth for extended periods, maintaining focus and attention to detail, with frequent eye breaks and scheduled paid/unpaid breaks

  • Following strict gowning procedures (coverall, hairnet, beard net) and adhering to all safety and contamination control policies

  • Conducting area and equipment cleaning, handling materials and waste, and maintaining accurate documentation

  • Completing required computerized training and qualifying to identify product defects

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a keen eye for detail and can maintain focus during repetitive tasks

  • Are able to pass an inspection eye exam (20/20 with prescription lenses) and a color blindness test (required)

  • Are comfortable working in a controlled environment and following strict gowning and safety protocols (no jewelry or nail polish allowed; no cell phone in the inspection area)

  • Are available to work 12-hour shifts with a flexible schedule (day or night, starting at 6a or 6p)

  • Have prior experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality assurance (preferred, but not required)

  • Are willing to learn and complete all necessary training to qualify for inspection duties
