We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as an Administrative Assistant in St. Catharines, ON!
In this full-time, temporary to permanent role, you’ll help our client with their administrative needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
- Liaise, communicate, and meet with the Board of Directors of each Condominium Corporation within the portfolio
- Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio
- Conducting meetings and meeting administration (e.g., prepare meeting agendas, follow up with accurate minutes). Some evening meetings required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of a high school or college diploma, major in administrative studies, business administration, or recognized equivalent
- 2 or more years’ office admin experience is required
- Property management firm experience is preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Perfect written and verbal English language skills
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office and database software
Pay Rate:
- $22.00 to $24.00/hour
