Now Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Associate
Location: Cazenovia, NY
Pay: $19.00/hour (increases to $20.00/hour upon completion of training)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Kelly Services is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Shipping/Receiving Associate position for our client. This is a great opportunity to join a growing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, assist with material handling, and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment

  • Prepare materials for incoming and outgoing shipping

  • Arrange for product transportation

  • Assist with material handling and movement of products 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Safely operate fork truck/pallet jack and conduct routine forklift safety inspections

  • Responsible for tagging and identifying wire reels in accordance with company standards

  • Inspect incoming/outgoing wire

  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping data after verifying its contents.

  • Accurately enter and manage data within company systems

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Support team members and production needs as require

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage time sensitive tasks 

  • Forklift Certification

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
