Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Sandston, VA!
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefits, vacation, and compensation package upon hire!

Details:
- 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Pay: $85,000 – $92,000???????
- Project and Production Management: Oversees all maintenance-related activities and ensures timely completion of projects and production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Personnel Supervision and Support: Supervises maintenance staff and assists in troubleshooting filling and packaging equipment, including electromechanical components.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Supports maintenance staff with troubleshooting PLCs, operator interfaces, VFDs, servomotors, encoders, and basic electrical repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Organizes and aligns preventative maintenance processes, diagnosing electrical discrepancies, and drafting operational procedures for electronic systems.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates issues and solutions effectively, works as part of the production team, and interacts daily with multiple support departments.
- Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyzes downtime and OEE data to implement improvements, manages preventative maintenance in SAP, and drives process improvements.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensures compliance with cGMP, PPG, FDA, OSHA, and EPA standards; maintains clean and orderly work areas, enforces LOTO and other safety procedures, and maintains validated equipment.
- Resource Management: Confirms repair parts, manages materials and labor variance, ensures proper functioning of equipment and staff per standards.
- Strategic Contributions: Supports factory goals, budget development, labor planning, and financial accountability; represents Production Manager as needed.
- Talent Management: Participates in interviewing, hiring, and administering tests for maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisory role.
- Experience in a food or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
