Ordering Coordinator

  • Location: Worthington/Lewis Center, OH

  • Pay: $20.00/hr

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Job Summary:
Responsible for submitting, processing, and tracking wireless device/service orders across web/email platforms. Requires adaptability and strong communication skills (email, IM, phone). Works collaboratively within the Ordering Team, managing multiple clients and offering backup support.

Essential Duties:

  • Receive and interpret requests for mobile devices/services

  • Place equipment/service orders with vendors

  • Use company databases to record order information

  • Perform daily follow-ups and resolve issues

  • Liaise with customers and vendors

  • Document transactions thoroughly

  • Manage order requests for various clients

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding orders/shipping

  • Provide weekly reports to supervisors

  • Support Logistics and Shipping Departments

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Must successfully pass ATF Clearance Credit & Background requirement

  • At least 6 months of wireless communications experience

  • Basic knowledge of smartphones/devices/services

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds
