Recruiting Assistant
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional hours on Mondays and Fridays as needed
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and connecting candidates with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and track pre-employment drug screens
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
- Support onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, Teams, etc.)
- Previous experience in recruiting, administration, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

- In-office position located in Pooler, GA
