Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Salary- $19.00/hour
.Work Schedule: Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm
What’s a typical day as Senior Records Representative? You’ll be:
• Responding to inbound and outbound calls and emails while managing escalations and the “do not call” list.
• Communicating with custodians to confirm receipt of record requests and ensuring timely delivery.
• Acting as a liaison between custodians and Customer Service Representatives to facilitate efficient record retrieval.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service contact environment (B2B preferred).
• Possess proven success in collections and/or customer service with a stable work history.
• Are experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework or certification is preferred.
