Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Farmington, CT!
If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role supports internal and external customers with spare parts inquiries, order processing, and account support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate communication, order entry, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming emails and inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Enter quotes, orders, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Provide updates on order status, tracking, and general inquiries
- Use SAP and internal systems to process customer transactions
- Support spare parts operations and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain accurate records and meet order entry and service targets
- Follow established communication procedures and customer service standards
What You’ll Bring
- Previous customer service experience required (call center or similar environment preferred)
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and patient approach
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | | Full-Time
- Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
- $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Long Term Temp
