We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Chemist II to support our R&D and pilot plant operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on analytical work, maintaining laboratory systems, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and report analytical testing on pilot plant samples
- Follow established methods and work instructions for product testing
- Prepare and validate laboratory standards and reagents
- Review data and enter results into electronic systems
- Partner with pilot plant teams to interpret results and support process improvements
- Own and maintain analytical instruments (GC-MS, HPLC, NMR, Karl Fischer, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate equipment repairs
- Support daily lab operations including inventory, ordering, and organization
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in QC or a manufacturing/lab environment
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
