Job Title: Client Account Coordinator 
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Employment Type: Temporary (Possible conversion to permanent)

We are a leading provider of prescription fulfillment services for individuals requiring wheelchairs and mobility solutions. Join our dynamic team and help make a difference in patients’ lives.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Account Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support our branch operations. In this role, you will spend much of your day communicating via phone with doctors’ offices, hospitals, and patients to ensure orders and prescriptions for wheelchairs are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make outbound phone calls to medical establishments and patients

  • Receive and process orders for wheelchairs in the system

  • Verify insurance, co-pays, and deductibles; communicate this information to patients and relevant medical personnel

  • Coordinate fittings and training sessions for wheelchair use

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing faxes

  • Ensure orders are flowing smoothly through the system

  • Provide compassionate and responsive service to individuals, including those in crisis situations

  •  

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • “Thick skin” – able to handle stressful or emotional situations professionally

  • Proficient in computer and phone operations

  • Healthcare/medical office experience highly preferred
