Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Marana, AZ
Schedule: Onsite, 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $18.08/hour 


The Opportunity

Join our growing manufacturing team as an Associate Manufacturing Operator. You will contribute to the production of quality products by accurately assembling components, upholding safety standards, and supporting a smooth-running operation. This is an excellent role for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to detailed work instructions, schematics, and specifications.

  • Perform in-process inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with product standards.

  • Maintain a steady workflow to meet or exceed daily production targets.

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and hand/power tools in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Promptly report safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors.

  • Follow company policies and maintain an organized, clean work environment.

Who You Are

  • 0–5 years of work experience (manufacturing experience not required—training provided!)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

  • Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn industry-specific software or processes.

  • Dependable and punctual for early morning shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus, but not required.

  • Basic familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, or safety protocols.

  • Desire to grow and advance within a manufacturing environment.
