Shift: 1st shift 6am-4.30pm MON-THU OR TUE-FRI based on work-related needs (4x10hrs)

What’s a typical day as MRO Stockroom Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Supporting warehouse operations by inspecting, moving, storing, issuing, and labeling products, supplies, and equipment.

  • Receiving, organizing, and tracking maintenance materials, and conducting inventory checks during goods receipt and issue processes.

  • Coordinating delivery of materials to maintenance locations and ensuring secure handling in line with MRO security procedures, including escorting and audit support.

  • Collecting inventory cards, replenishing free-use stock, coordinating the return of unused items, and maintaining accurate inventory.

  • Operating forklifts and other storage equipment, preparing and packaging orders for shipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work area (Housekeeping/5S).

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Bring 1-2 years of stockroom, MRO, or manufacturing warehouse experience, and are SAP proficient.

  • Possess experience with operating forklifts in a light industrial work setting.

  • Are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with strong communication skills.

  • Can certify on necessary technology and warehouse equipment, and are willing to adhere to all company safety regulations.

  • Meet all required physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., working in varying weather, and wearing all required PPE, including safety shoes.

  • Are willing to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 21 days of the start date (The cost for the TWIC card will be reimbursed within the first 2 paychecks by Kelly)
