Associate Assembler – 2nd Shift
Shift & Pay: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($17.61/hr) – Temp-to-Perm
About the Role:
As an Associate Assembler, you’ll play a crucial part in assembling, labeling, and packaging life-changing medical products. You’ll ensure every product meets our high-quality standards while following detailed instructions and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, label, and package sterile and non-sterile products
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy (including microscope use as needed)
- Set up and operate packaging equipment
- Accurately complete documentation and labeling
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
- Comply with clean room gowning (PPE) and safety requirements
- Assist with special projects or duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of assembly or packaging experience
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 20 lbs
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Reliable, with a willingness to work scheduled overtime
