Locations:

- Jordan, NY

(Available openings vary by location depending on customer needs)
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple shifts available
Training: 12 to 16 Week Structured Training Program on 1st Shift (6am to 4pm or 7am to 3:30pm, depending on location)

Available Shifts
Camden and Jordan Plant:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Rate of pay is $20 training, $20.50 qualified + the $1.50 differential for off shifts.
Cazenovia Plant:
- 3rd Shift: Friday through Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)
- Rate of pay is $18.50 training, $19.50 qualified rate.
Position Overview
Seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators and Forklift Operators to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate manufacturing equipment, handle materials, and ensure quality and efficiency standards are met in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment as needed
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Perform quality checks and document production results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Safety & Dress Code
- PPE Provided: Safety glasses, hearing protection
- Employee Must Provide: Steel-toe boots
- No loose clothing, no hooded sweatshirts
- Jeans and t-shirt recommended
- Steel-toe footwear required at all times
Training
- 12–16 weeks of structured, hands-on training
- Ongoing support to ensure long-term success

- High School Diploma or GED required
