Job Posting: Manufacturing Operator – Wash Machine Operator
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operator (Wash Machine Operator) for our Parsippany, NJ facility. This contingent position offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to contribute to our production operations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Blow all holes in buckets and nozzles to clear residue inside
- Load and wash all blown parts in part washer
- Fill out all BOT related to each part and each work order
- Maintain tools and measuring instruments supplied by the company
- Uphold company production and quality standards
- Report unusual problems or conditions to supervisor
- Follow company safety rules and regulations
- Perform other similar or related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
- Comfort with wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- U.S. Persons only: U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and protected individuals (certain refugees and asylees) as required by U.S. Government export regulations (GE will require proof of status prior to employment)

- Capable of working independently or with minimal supervision
