Pay: $24–$28/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (Eastern Time Preferred)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support a fast-growing influencer marketing tech company. This is a hands-on sales support role focused on managing leads, supporting the sales team, and helping move deals from open to close.

You’ll play a key role in organizing pipelines, qualifying leads, and supporting outreach tied to influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot CRM (open leads, update pipeline, track deals, close out stale deals)

  • Qualify inbound leads and assign to sales team

  • Support sales team in moving deals through the funnel to close

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and qualify leads

  • Build reports and track sales activity

  • Assist with outreach tied to influencer marketing campaigns

  • Schedule meetings and support day-to-day sales operations

REQUIRED Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hands-on HubSpot experience (REQUIRED)

    • Opening leads

    • Managing pipeline

    • Supporting deals through to close


  • Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask
