About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support a fast-growing influencer marketing tech company. This is a hands-on sales support role focused on managing leads, supporting the sales team, and helping move deals from open to close.
You’ll play a key role in organizing pipelines, qualifying leads, and supporting outreach tied to influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot CRM (open leads, update pipeline, track deals, close out stale deals)
- Qualify inbound leads and assign to sales team
- Support sales team in moving deals through the funnel to close
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and qualify leads
- Build reports and track sales activity
- Assist with outreach tied to influencer marketing campaigns
- Schedule meetings and support day-to-day sales operations
REQUIRED Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on HubSpot experience (REQUIRED)
- Opening leads
- Managing pipeline
- Supporting deals through to close
- Opening leads
- Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask
