Kelly is hiring a leading company in the packaging industry, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our client’s team as ABM / Machine Operators. If you want hands-on experience, real growth potential, and benefits that start immediately, this is your chance!
What You’ll Do
- Visually inspect, remove, and systematically pack bags into boxes while maintaining top safety and quality standards
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production and packing machinery
- Inspect and document products; remove and discard defective items
- Complete hourly and Lean documentation
- Support fast production flow: keep machines stocked and participate in setups and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean, organized work areas according to 5S principles
- Cooperate with a dynamic team and report recurring product or machine issues promptly
What You Bring
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Willingness and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights) and overtime when needed
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcome!
- Able to read and interpret technical/safety documentation; strong basic math and computer skills (Word & Excel)
- Detail-oriented, hands-on mindset; comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Teamwork-focused and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
