Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour – Based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Associate? You’ll be:
- Preparing, packaging, and palletizing products to company standards for shipment.
- Verifying order accuracy, including quantities, labeling, and shipping details prior to dispatch.
- Communicating shipment updates, delays, and discrepancies with internal teams.
- Loading and unloading freight, organizing materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and supporting inventory control processes.
- Assisting with material pulls for production and print teams as needed.
- Supporting production tasks during slower shipping periods.
- Conducting daily forklift inspections and reporting safety or maintenance concerns.
- Ensuring all shipments meet quality standards and are damage-free.
- Capturing and submitting required shipment documentation, including pallet photos.
- Managing time effectively to meet daily shipping deadlines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Have at least 1 year of experience operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up reach).
- Experience with equipment such as Toyota lifts and order pickers is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Possess basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Are an effective communicator and team player willing to support multiple areas of operations.
