Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour – Based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Associate? You’ll be:

  • Preparing, packaging, and palletizing products to company standards for shipment.

  • Verifying order accuracy, including quantities, labeling, and shipping details prior to dispatch.

  • Communicating shipment updates, delays, and discrepancies with internal teams.

  • Loading and unloading freight, organizing materials in designated warehouse areas.

  • Maintaining accurate inventory and supporting inventory control processes.

  • Assisting with material pulls for production and print teams as needed.

  • Supporting production tasks during slower shipping periods.

  • Conducting daily forklift inspections and reporting safety or maintenance concerns.

  • Ensuring all shipments meet quality standards and are damage-free.

  • Capturing and submitting required shipment documentation, including pallet photos.

  • Managing time effectively to meet daily shipping deadlines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Have at least 1 year of experience operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up reach).

  • Experience with equipment such as Toyota lifts and order pickers is preferred.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Possess basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Are an effective communicator and team player willing to support multiple areas of operations.
