At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking an Overnight Warehouse Loader to join our distribution team in Cheektowaga, NY. With us, it’s all about finding an opportunity that works for you!

Pay: $17.00/hr. Temp to Hire.
Schedule: 10pm to 7am, Monday – Thursday.  

  • Shift ends when all trucks are loaded, scanned, and the work area is cleaned. Some days may end earlier or later depending on workload.

What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be:

  • Sorting and breaking down pallets into correct route numbers

  • Loading trucks accurately in alphabetical order

  • Scanning all items before loading onto trucks

  • Preparing trucks for on-time morning delivery

  • Managing workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency

  • Communicating updates to minimize disruptions

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

  • Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have forklift experience (a plus, but willing to train)

  • Have reliable transportation (valid driver’s license preferred)

  • Can lift and/or move 75 lbs regularly

  • Pay strong attention to detail with accuracy and thoroughness

  • Can follow safety and security procedures consistently

  • Have strong communication skills (read, write, and speak English)

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
